Delivery Time: If in stock, products should be received 10-14 days in Japan,outside will vary by country. Out of stock or ordermade we will contact you again.

Returns and exchanges: If the delivered product is defective or different from the product you ordered, as soon as contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.We will return or exchange the item.
We must not accept return in the following cases.
・Products that were delivered more than 8 days ago
・Products that have been used even once (expect in cases where the product is found to be defective upon first use)
・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer after delivery
・Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience

Return Fee: If the product is defective or different from what you ordered,we will cover the shipping costs.

Bank transfer: Please make payment at your local bank within 7 days after placing your order.

When you receive your item,pay by cash,debit card,or credit card.

Shipping fee: In Japan,if the total purchase price for a single purchase is 30,000 yen (tax included) or more,it will be free,
